After working in high-end salons alongside incredibly talented professionals, Rosuver knew he wanted to create something of his own. In January of 2020, he began his journey as an independent stylist, and despite the challenges of the pandemic,he was able to build a thriving business.

In 2023, he achieved his lifelong dream of opening ámate Hair Design—a name inspired by the Spanish phrase “love yourself.” Rosuver is proud of his Mexican heritage, and therefore incorporated vibrant, cultural touches into the salon’s design and atmosphere.

His mission with ámate is to build a community where people feel empowered through style while providing a safe space to be authentic and confident. Himself and his talented team contribute to this mission by fostering a culture of kindness, creativity, and inclusion in the salon.
